Leading at Work: an advanced leadership development series that introduces delegates to leadership theory and tools, skills and models for developing their own leadership in the workplace
Managing Stress at Work: designed to support delegates in measuring their current levels of stress, their personal stress triggers and potential health risks emerging from this personal stress profile, as well as tools and skills to better manage stress
Getting to We: introduction to conflict management tools, skills and models, as well as an investigation of difference and diversity and how this might be leveraged in the workplace.
