Sonti Lurayi

Noa leads the firm’s internal change capability that supports a client organisation to carry change on its own. Her work spans capability programmes, coaching and the human, behavioural side of how new ways of working actually take hold. This practice area contains all facilitation, training and adult learning.

Ben Morton
Practice Lead, Superintelligent Solutions
Ben leads The Coaching Company’s AI practice and is the technical counterpart to our change work. This practice area gives Boards and leaders immersive learning experiences of AI’s deep impact on the workplace, AI governance and the exciting possibility of AI automation. We support our partner company, The Change Consulting Group, with implementing the development of AI driven software, in weeks rather than quarters, pairing every system with the adoption work that decides whether people actually use the phenomenal technology.
